Instructions:

• Ensure skin is clean and dry – do not apply to recently moisturized skin.
• Peel off easy-to-remove backing on one side and place tape securely on fabric or skin.
• Tip: do not move tape after placement as it will lose its adhesiveness.
• Repeat on other side.
• Remove from skin and clothing directly after use.
